STARLIGHT ACADEMY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the courses offered by Starlight Academy ("Academy," "we," "us," or "our").

By enrolling in, purchasing, or accessing any course, content, or services from Starlight Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access our content.

SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS 

 

Academy: Refers to Starlight Academy, the provider of the online courses.Courses:

Refers collectively to the 5 online courses and all associated video lessons, workbooks, templates, and digital materials provided.

User/Student: Refers to the individual who purchases and accesses the Courses.Access Period: The designated time during which a User is permitted to access the purchased Courses.

SECTION 2. ENROLLMENT AND ACCESS

2.1 License Grant: Upon successful payment, the Academy grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased Courses strictly for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

 

2.2 12 - Month Access Period: Access to the Courses is granted for a fixed duration of twelve (12) months starting from the date of purchase.After the 12-month Access Period expires, the User's ability to view videos, download materials, and access the student portal will be automatically terminated.Re-enrollment after the Access Period requires a new purchase at the current price.

 

2.3 Account Security: The User's login credentials (username and password) are strictly for personal use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

 

 

SECTION 3. PAYMENT AND REFUNDS (ALL SALES FINAL)

 

3.1 Pricing All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice. The price paid at the time of checkout is final for that transaction.

 

3.2 No Refund PolicyDue to the immediate, full, and digital delivery of our proprietary educational content, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.Starlight Academy maintains a strict, non-negotiable No Refund Policy.By purchasing the Courses, the User acknowledges and agrees that they are waiving any right to claim a refund, and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: failure to complete the Course, dissatisfaction with the content, or technical difficulties on the User's end.

 

 

 

SECTION 4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IP)

 

4.1 Ownership of Content: All Courses, content, logos, text, design, graphics, and videos are the exclusive property of Starlight Academy and are protected by applicable copyright law whether or not formally registered.

 

4.2 Prohibited Actions: The User agrees not to:Share, sell, sublicense, distribute, or otherwise transfer their login credentials or access to the Courses.Copy, reproduce, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any part of the Course materials.Use the content for any commercial purpose (e.g., training others) without express written permission from the Academy.Record, screen capture, or redistribute the video lessons in any format.Violation of these IP terms will result in the immediate and permanent termination of the User’s account and Access Period without refund, and may subject the User to legal action.

 

 

 

SECTION 5. USER CONDUCT AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

5.1 Acceptable Use: The User agrees to use the Courses only for lawful purposes and to adhere to a standard of respectful conduct when interacting with the Academy and any associated community forums (if applicable). Harassment, abusive language, or posting of offensive material is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

 

5.2 Disparagement and Feedback: The User agrees not to engage in any conduct that is unlawful or harmful to the Academy, including the publication of malicious posts, false statements, or defamation. The User agrees to contact the Academy directly via the contact information in Section 9 to resolve any dissatisfaction or concerns regarding the Courses before publishing any negative statements.

 

 

 

SECTION 6. DISCLAIMERS AND WARRANTIES

 

6.1 No Guarantee of Income or Success: Starlight Academy provides educational information. We do not guarantee any specific financial results, income level, or success in your business. Your success depends on your own effort, skills, dedication, and market factors beyond our control.

 

6.2 "As Is" Content: The Courses are provided "as is." Starlight Academy makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the content. We do not warrant that the Courses will be uninterrupted or error-free.

SECTION 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

7.1 Scope of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Starlight Academy and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Courses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.SECTION 8.
